All merchandise is refundable within 30 days of shipping. Returns (due to no fault of As You Like It Silver Shop) on credit card orders of $500 and over are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns on cash or check orders of $500 or more are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

The item did not reach me and for the seller’s mistake it went back to him. Moreover he returned me $175 less saying that it’s the cost of his time that he took to pack the item. I’m truly frustrated and disappointed. So far Etsy did not take any action against the seller as well
