Antique Danish Silver Lobster Pick Fork | Copenhagen Three Tower Silver | Floral Seafood Fork | Denmark Shellfish Utensil
$145.00
Antique Danish Solid Silver Lobster Pick / Seafood Fork
An unusual and beautifully made Danish silver lobster pick dating from the early 20th century. This elegant specialty utensil features a long, slender two-prong pick for removing lobster, crab, or other shellfish meat, together with a substantial tapered handle.
The center is decorated with a charming raised stylized floral medallion, giving the piece considerably more character than a plain seafood pick.
The reverse is impressed with traditional Danish silver hallmarks, including the Copenhagen three-tower silver mark and the CFH assay-master mark associated with Christian F. Heise. These marks place the piece within the historic Danish silver tradition of the early 1900s.
