About Shreve & Co.
Founded in the mid-19th century during the California Gold Rush, Shreve & Co. became one of the most prestigious jewelers and silversmith retailers on the West Coast, often compared to Tiffany in New York. Pieces bearing the San Francisco maker’s mark are especially desirable.
Why These Stand Out
Small sterling salts from premier American retailers are increasingly difficult to source in matched pairs — particularly without monograms. These display beautifully and elevate even a simple table setting.
