Gorham Rondo Sterling Silver Handle 2-Piece Steak Carving Set
Elegant vintage two-piece steak carving set by Gorham in the classic Rondo sterling silver pattern, featuring beautifully sculpted sterling silver hollow handles with graceful scrollwork and a distinctive rosette at the end.
The set consists of a carving knife and matching two-tine carving fork. The knife has a stainless steel blade, while the fork has stainless steel prongs, making this handsome set both decorative and practical for serving steak, beef tenderloin, smaller roasts, poultry and other carved meats.
Gorham introduced the Rondo pattern in 1951. Its flowing scroll decoration and symmetrical form give it an elegant traditional appearance while retaining the cleaner lines associated with mid-century design.

Condition:
Very good pre-owned condition with light surface scratches and signs of normal use consistent with age. The sterling handles retain a beautiful bright finish, the fork tines appear straight, and the knife blade presents nicely with normal fine surface marks. No monogram is present. Please review all photographs closely, as they are an important part of the description.
A beautiful addition to an existing Gorham Rondo service and an especially attractive piece for a holiday table, wedding gift, anniversary gift or collector of fine American sterling silver flatware.
